  1. I left this comment over on Sid’s blog, but thought I’d post it here too, edited to remove the original typos. A suggestion, how about a list of the books and authors mentioned as notes for reference. Because, I want to enjoy the listening without having to stop and take notes during the podcast.
    Needless to say, but I’m going to say it anyway, a very thoughtful and dare I say erudite podcast. I dare, I have, I’ve said it.
