If you are dealing with 20mm figures, you are in luck. Early War Miniatures carries both mounted and dismounted Philippine Scout cavalry, along with a number of support weapons. In terms of organization, mounted cavalry platoons had, aside from the 2 senior leaders, three 8-man squads (1 JL, 7 riflemen). All are armed with M1 Garands. No BAR's were assigned.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any 28mm Philippine Scout cavalry.

Studio Historia or RKX have just released an 8 man/9 horse pack. I think it is 7 mounted plus a horse holder with 2 horses.

The RKX ones are very nice , nicer than the Company B metal 28mm Phillipine cav.
Not seen any list but am reading up about the Phillipines starting with official US History.

I'm not certain about the specific list of 3D printed figures for the Philippines Cavalry force. However, if you're interested in visualizing or creating representations of the Cavalry force, I can assist you in generating images of cavalry-related scenes using DALL·E. Immaculate Grid
