Cold War rules shown on twitter

Does anyone have any insiders info about the Cold War rules modifications to CoC that appear occasionally on twitter? It looks like a group n Australia is working on these. Are playtesters needed? Is this project being done for a possible TFL Annual article or is it a stand-alone set of rules?

There is a FaceBook Group set up to playtest a Chain of Command Up Over the Rhine variant for the Cold War. That might be what the Twitter discussion was about. Here’s a link:
