Take a look at “For King & Parliament”, the ECW version of ‘To the Strongest’. They’ve just released a supplement for Edgehill, which should give you a good idea of its suitability for 6mm games.
Thanks for the info.
Will take a look at the Edgehill supplement (out of historical curiosity) though I’m not convinced by grid-based games like ‘To the Strongest’. It’s just one degree of stylisation too far for me. I like my wargames unquantized and analogue.

Contrarius, I’ve always thought the same as you, especially after a couple of games of ‘Square Bashing’, but it’s more suited to the quite rigid, often tactically unsophisticated battles of the period. My main criticism of TtS has been the clutter on the table with all those playing cards and other markers, but there are ways around that as well.
