If you are using the supplement ' Now That I What I Call Magic' you also have Priest, Bishops and other spiritual leaders that can rally shock from any unitgeometry dash lite.

Harassing Troops and Light Cavalry cannot be rallied, according to the second paragraph of D54. It doesn't seem appropriate to use the Rally card to summon Light Cavalry or Harassing Troops.
