Is it a case of TW&T is dead, Long Live Chain of Command?

Effectively yes. I suspect that most people in the current Lard Community are unaware of the existence of TW&T which is a fairly old ruleset now. I’m sure it still has its fans but most players of platoon level WW2 games will be using Chain of Command.
