what happens if evaders would have enough movement to put them off the table edge? Are they out of the game? Where does it address this in the rules?
What does 1/2 mean for Roman legionaries? is it a half a card? or do you get 2d6 per card used?

1. Evaders don't move off the table, they move along the edge. It's at the end of section 7.8, just before section 7.8.1 on p.63
2. If the legionaries are in March Column, they pay 1 Signa to Step Out, otherwise they pay 2.
