Hi All

Reservists "operate" as Line until they are no longer fresh. Does this mean they shoot, melee and charge as line?

Yeah that’s the way we play it. Remember it’s an optional rule and creates a bit of a hybrid but works well.

Yes that’s what it means. Once they receive 4 casualties they no longer count as fresh.

I think of Reservists as decently trained troops who can perform well initially but can’t sustain that performance for as long as the Line Regulars.
