Over the past few weeks I've bee playing a large solo game based on Dave Brown's scenario in his The Hundred days scenario book
As is usual with megalomania, I expanded the scenario somewhat and added a few bits with not too much additional thought having the ability to take full liberty as this was a solo game using Dave's superb General d"Armee rules. I think I started it during lockdown here in NZ starting the game in the first week of May. I left it to one side after playing a few turns to finish painting some AB Russian infantry and cavalry before picking it up and eventually finishing it last week. I've written it up, here's part 1 with part 2 having bee written but in need of photographs being added.

Now that’s a brilliant battle report Kerry. Great room, table and figures and I’m sure Dr Brown would certainly approve of your additions to the OOB. Can’t wait for part two!

Stunning! Fab collection, great table and wargaming on your own means no rules disputes and unlimited re-rolls when your favourite unit gets beaten!

Thanks gents, I've been a bit tardy in responding with thanks but that's because I've been adding part 2
