Soviet Paratroopers?

Belov's raid of 41-2 started as Cavalry based, but linked up with partisans and some paratroopers. I've written a cavalry list, and there's partisan lists out there. Has anyone written a Soviet Airborne list?

Not yet but Vyazma is in my list of possible PSC's to write . Have done a fair bit of research and have a para OOB somewhere. The new Warlord Airborne figures are interesting?

Trotter, I was pondering the same thing, but from the Cavalry side, but I wonder, is a Y shaped PSC possible? A cavalry/mechanised arm and an airborne arm, joining up for either Big CoC or options for the stem?

I think it is not just possible but an interesting idea that could make a great campaign. Big CoC varient is also something I would look at.
In mean time I will see if I can dig up the old Airborne TO&E.

The Scottish Corridor campaign has Germans attacking from two sides: would something like that work?

Have looked at 1bout 50 files on Soviet Airborne but cannot find the TO&E I was after.....grrrr

Glantz has a book on Soviet Airborne. Would that include it?

Also, is this something to collaborate on? I've been looking for details of Belov's raid, but the only primary source I can find is Belov's memoirs.... which are in Russian, with no English translation I can find. I think John Harrel has a translation he might be willing to share tho'

I have Glantz's "The Soviet Airborne Experience" and I haven't yet found any TOE info in it. I have some AB platoon listing (37 men only I seem to remember) somewhere, I'll keep on looking.

I have an unattributed TOE listing which I've downloaded from somewhere in 2016:

2 RFN (not sure what these are, radio crew or messengers likely)

Fire Support Platoon:
1 Officer with SMG
4 mortar teams, each with
1 NCO with SMG
1 50mm mortar
2 crew with rifles

4 Platoons, each with:
1 Officer with SMG
3 squads, each with:
1 NCO with SMG
1 LMG
1 LMG crew with pistol
1 LMG crew with rifle
1 rifleman (marked R* so probably scoped rifle or automatic rifle?)
5 riflemen
