Can leaders get shock?

Can leaders get shock? If a leader's unit gets killed, what happens to the shock? Or if a solitary leader gets shot at, what happens with shock?

No shock for leaders so it is ignored.

Erm depends on the complexity of the questions and if they are related?
If they are a completely different subject and more than 4 or 5 then best to break them up a bit.
