Very British Civil CoC?

Post by Tomm »

I've seen a few threads on this but has anyone gone as far as army lists etc for using Chain of Command in the VBCW?

I muttered. There was a lack of response.

In my humble opinion owt can be used for VBCW, not tried COC as yet.

In our universe we use Bolt Action with a few tweaks. The deciding factor for us was really down to fact that we usually have five to eight players in our multiplayer games and BA speeds the game along well. We make nearly everyone inexperienced as well which makes it hard to hit your enemy especially if you are moving trying to get to an objective.
Interests

Getting slaughtered by a surprising amount of opponents.

Have to mention our Trumpton game, which was vaguely ‘interwar’ - we used CofC as the core rules but substituted SP card activation rather than the usual command dice. For multi-player games it speeds things up and keeps the participants more involved.

I may have to use that idea in the future.

I would have thought the CoC Espana lists would have made an excellent starting point
