Why no scenario books since A la Bäionette? 8 years?

Probably because Daz, the author, has a real life which demands more of his time than he can commit to creating scenario books. Meantime Lardy Rich, TFL's only full time employee, has had his hands more than full creating and supporting other more successful rulesets in the TFL stable like IABSM v3, Chain of Command and Sharp Practice 2.

Yet someone is working on scenarios for General d'Armee. It would at least be nice to have conversion sheet for GDA and LFS.

Yes David Brown, the author of General D'Armee, has written some scenarios on the 100 Days Campaign which are awaiting publication and has indicated a willingness to write more. It will be interesting to see what they cover and their potential for adaptation.

However, GDA and LFS are written by different authors and take completely different approaches to recreating Napoleonic battles. They also operate at different levels of command, although as ever you can get some overlap. As far as I am aware the author of GDA has had no involvement with LFS so couldn't reasonably be expected to provide such a conversion sheet. I'd suggest it needs someone in the community who knows LFS well to produce something like that if it is required.
