The rules linked here are the OP's Campaign rules, not the SP2 rules from TFL. As a fan-made project, linking to it in the open is the author's decision.

I'm not sure whether my comment on the blog itself came through, but I am very much enjoying this campaign AAR. I will probably steal from it extensively for an ACW Western Theater campaign I've been wanting to try. :)
