All,
Following on from the useful suggestions about my Spanish army in my last post, I thought that this week i'd follow up with a similar post on my French Peninsular Army
So far, i've got 25 battalions of infantry, 5 units of cavalry and 2 batteries of artillery.

Apart from 3 battalions of guard grenadier-chasseurs and 2 units of dragoons, the army is identical to Bessieres Corps at the Battle of Medina De Rioseco.
So - what should I add next?!
Regards
J

Probably another battery or two? Maybe of horse artillery for a cavalry brigade?
Can't tell whether you have any already, but French allies would be an interesting variation if you added a couple battalions of Italians, Poles, or various Germans.

Don't know if they would be historical or not, but how about some of the French auxiliary corps - eg Legion du Midi, Garde de Paris, etc? Same figures, but different uniform colours.
No plan survives first contact with the dice.
