Managed to get em on 2p bases now, the old GW movement trays they had been glued to were fething hard to cut off.

Legion, Auxillary, Auxillary Archers and loads of commanders ready to start doing up the bases.

As they had been glued plastic to plastic with plastic glue they stand proud of the 2p. The few that were not glued/welded on have had a bit of plasticard added to make them all the same height.

Anyhoo now have a force ready to fight even though they need to be finished, as every good gamer should I also have a load of reserves still to do as well.
Interests

you see how it grows..? I originally had two Victrix boxes, the Carthos and Rep. Romans I won in a painting contest, and I've added Numidian Cavalry, second hand Gauls and a bucket load of Ancient Germans. More recently, some Spanish, some Greek peltasts and a whole load of Britons from Newline. A sly LAF purchase of EIR, and I am now looking at painting Britons, Germans, REp. roman, EIR and Carthaginian.

Soft that is.. real wargamers have 7+ projects on their painting tables and at least ten in boxes they will get round to someday... :) what's with this 'finishing' something before starting another?
