Post by JOHN BOND 001 » Mon Oct 21, 2019 9:43 am

New additions to my Scratched built MDF buildings which includes some bombed out buildings.
I still have a number of building to complete which are ideally suited to the upcoming CANCON event, I should be posting them soon.
cheers John

Mr Bond, you've done it again - truly beautiful craftsmanship! Look forward to seeing them at CanCon in the new year.

Just brilliant work John. Well worth going to the blog for the additional pictures, inspirational stuff. (Can you tell I'm just a bit envious, and sorry I moved away from Canberra, and won't get to play over them at Cancon?)

I'm still going to do my best to copy your signal box though..

Ok, here goes nothing - it's going to be 'inspired by... and as you can already tell, I can't cut a straight line, and the roof line is wonky.. but nothing a bit of balsa won't mask. Luckily the student art shop on campus is cheap and nearby tomorrow..

Nice start! and wonky lines just add to the character. I fully buy into the school of thought that any mistakes just make it more unique.

I've added yet more wonky lines!.. I would have said this would be finished in time for my game on Sunday, but an old friend is showing up on Saturday.. plus Rugby.. should be ready for undercoating by Friday.. so it's whether the paint gets slapped on in time..
