Coastal Patrol - game aids

Post by BaronVonWreckedoften »

Can anyone tell me where I can find templates for the turning circles (very small, small, medium, large, very large)? Also need a QRS.

I know the sizes, it's how the circles are divided up that I can't remember from the couple of Virtual Lard games I've played.

The blinds, Turning Circles and Markers was in a powerpoint. Send me a pm with your email address and I will send it to you. The QRS didn't get attached as the board has reached its quota.

Hi Baron,
You will find the templates and other material including QRS and Damage charts for Coastal Patrol in the files section of the TooFatLardies Group.io site.
https://groups.io/g/TooFatLardies/topics

The smaller 2” and 2.5” circles are divided into 8 segments, the larger ones into 12.

Hope that helps.

John - link doesn't take me to anything specific, can you provide some more detail?

Hi Baron,
My link was to the wider TFL Group site because I didn't think Groups.io would let you through to the Files section directly if you weren’t a member. It defaults to Messages, you need to click on the 3 horizontal lines icon at the bottom to access a wider menu of options.

Jim’s link will take you straight there.

Hi.
I have just purchased 1 PDF copy of "Coastal Patrol" and
I'm specifically looking for the ship cards, blinds, ship lists, and whatever else is needed to run Coastal Patrol from the 2011 Summer Special. Can anyone be so kind to help me ? Where could I download such files ?
I thank U in advance and I send my regards.
happy gaming.

Just so everyone knows, I have just commissioned Warbases to make me a set of turning circles, each divided into segments, and a bunch of evade (zig-zag) markers. I believe that they are asking Richard's permission to make them commercially available.

In terms of blinds, I am using printed off, then laminated, naval ensigns in two sizes - large (A4) for group blinds/multiple vessels, and small (A6) for individual vessels. I have included links to the appropriate RN and KM flags below:-
