IMO blinds for most Coastal Patrol games should be non national. Most games are at night so until a vessel is spotted there is really no way to know who or what is under it. All my blinds are just dark blanks with a number on it.

I have some more traditional ones for when the scenario indicates that the "blind" could be from either side (or neutrals); these are for scenarios where it's fairly obvious who, or what is approaching.
