Issue with an Order

I hope this is the appropriate board for this... I placed an order (#21654) for the new Lardie Dice and a set of SP2 tokens (never seem to have enough of those uncontrolled tokens) through the web store. I soon received an email saying my order was complete and within a week a package arrived with the Lardie Dice (which are very nice) but without the tokens. I have sent notes to Richard alerting him of the problem using both the sales email and the store's contact feature but have not heard back.

Is there another way to let Richard know about problem?

And here I am! Consider Rich duly alerted and please come back to me if you don't hear anything from him. Key info is always the email address for the order and the date, that'll help him track you down.

Thanks, Monty, you are a hero! I included the order number but am happy to provide the email and order date/ship dates as well. Should I email it to you (I saw your email address in one of your posts offering to help another forum member) or send it to Richard via the "contact us" feature/ the "sales" email address?

I appreciate your good offices on my behalf!
