Peh & Lard

Post by DougM »

So as secretary of the Kirriemuir club, my fellow members (rot their socks) have noticed all the terrain and stuff I have been building up and I have been asked if I would like to run a CoC game as our club participation game on the Scottish Show circuit next year (Carronade, Claymore and Skelp).

Is there a set of guidelines or whatever I can use? (So for example, can I go off and print t-shirts with Lardie slogans, or is that 'no, intellectual property breach').

cheers

Doug

I cannot be certain but I think the system works on the basis that if you buy the la(r)ds a beer – or more precisely filled large buckets of cooking larger you can do whatever you damn well like.

I'm thinking the Dundee version should be a 'Peh and a Hauf'. Although I'm trying to work Potted Hough into there as well. :)

I'd ask Richard if I were you. He'll probably say yes.

Saddle Goose Designs have done polo shirts for a few events and have access to the official artwork. https://www.saddle-goose-designs.co.uk/

I wanted to do a shirt for Deep Fried Lard and asked Richard what fonts and colours he used for the official logo. So he did a dsign for me which I got printed by Saddle Goose.

I did email him, but got no reply. Understandably given everything else he has going on.

Um, late to the party on this, but that is fine to use our logos to support anything like that.

Thanks Richard, hope you're fully recovered. And preparations are well advanced, most of the terrain sorted, and I now just have loads of trees to make..
