Multiple groups in fisticuffs

Hi,
If 2 or more groups are involved they add their 6 or 3 D6’s (depending on strength) together, then add the best difference in quality? On the adjustments table do you add things per each group they apply to or just once when it applies to any group involved.

Thanks John, another question if I may. If leaders on their own are contacted can you fight a melee or are they captured? If you fight how many dice will the leader get?

Thanks John, does that mean a leader spends 1 CI to active a unit to fire and a second to concentrate fire or just 1 CI for both?

Hi folks, Just an easy one for clarification. Leaders with a group/formation add a dice per per status level for being there, at no cost Leaders can use command cards to add extra dice.
