Hi, When a Group of a close column is recoling 1" due to shock, and remains just over the Group at his back, is it moved to the back of the column? You're right.

The only matter is that Clans and Tribes can use Close Column but not Attack Column.

But considering a formation one wide and two deep as close column is clear.

In the rules is stated that attack column can fire controlled if more than one group is on its front. That means that attack column can be formed with a front of one group like a close column, what is the difference between an attack column with frontage of one group and close column?
