Re: using a "2" ... coming from the FAQ thread

I think I may have mis-answered a question somewhere on this.

If you have a section which splits into two teams and they are more than 4" from each other, they are now two teams not one section and can ONLY activate on 1's. 2's are no good.

Hopefully that is clear.

Dutchy

Actually I replied on the Yahoo Group that I was entirely relaxed about CoC tournaments. It's a-historical forces in tournaments I don't like, and CoC avoids that. So feel free to do precisely as you like.

Re: 1939 German list

I should make it very clear that the lists are ideas which we can all contribute to if we feel there are any issues. So if you see a unit represented in a manner you think wrong then please let us know.

This time it was just some rubbish cut and paste on my part. But we're all sorted now!

Re: Loss of Support

Comes from the Support List? It's a Support.

Basically this is a unit attached to you for the game and it is knocked out. It could be an MMG, a tank, a 2" mortar. So look after them!

Re: Infantry Movement & Obstacles

LOL! See you knew it already. It is precisely as simple as "it is not possible to move & fire or fire & move whilst crossing an obstacle.

How was your hols? Anywhere nice?

Re: CoC FAQ

RONSON added to FAQ Unpinning units added to FAQ When taking casualties against mixed teams, do you determine which guy buys it at random? For example, a mixed team with a mg, crew, and a couple of rifle guys. No. See section 9.1, just below Table Six. It really doesn't matter who dies, the LMG sta...

Re: Covering Fire?

Terrain as in terrain feature. For example. I want my No.1 section to advance across that field, but I am worried that the enemy is behind the hedge on the far side. So No.2 section puts down covering fire on that area. I am not worried that an enemy necromancer will bring the dead back to life, so ...
