Re: SP Question: Minimum size of group

I am presuming if a small group ie 6 men is elite it will be more robust.

Thanks for the help.

Re: Sharp Practice: Scale Question

Thanks everyone who replied. After reading through each of them carefully, I think I will go with what I planned. French: 2 groups of dismounted dragoons of maybe 8/group, ie. 1 platoon. 2 groups of ligne of maybe 8-10/group, ie. 1 platoon 1 group of 8-10 legere skirmishers. British: 1/95th Rifles 8...

Files Repository for TFL Rulesets.

Hi, It might be useful if we have a file repository for all the TFL rulesets on the Forum. It would nice if it was a common place where by clicking on an URL you immediately are directed to the desired file. It would have to be a place that is not password protected but lets you automatically down l...

Re: Sharp Practice: Scale Question

Thanks again, I look at the Complete Fondler and those OB's are just way too big for me. I am trying to make it so I can use the close formation rules, from what I understand you need to have at least 2 groups so you can make this formation. This is what I am planning with now. French: 2 groups of d...

Re: Files

Yes, I think any repository would do, it is more important on how access to files is reflected on the forum, maybe a sticky post at the top of each rules section so they are easily accessible.

Re: Sharp Practice: Scale Question

Thank you both, I have already painted up 24 figures per side with 2 big men on each side. I am going to trial the rules with this number, but really it is not enough figures to use the the close formation volley rules. I was just looking at future plans. John ps Is this not much easier to read and ...

Sharp Practice: Scale Question

Hi, Very simple question but when constructing OB's in SP, I wanted to get some clarification. I am starting to build some Napoleonic forces on single stands to recreate the adventures of Richard Sharpe as laid out in Bernard Cornwell's novels. The protagonists will start as Sharp, Harper and Lt Har...

Re: Thank you for the forum!

Yes thank you, I have been hoping for this for some time. Finally a readable format, I was just trying to read through the posts on forums on the yahoo site...impossible. One suggestion though is that I would have one board for general comments like this string as it is buried in the WWII section. J...
