They are quite similar, so knowing how to play GdA makes PC a breeze.The charge and support mechanisms are a less complicated, the ADC posting have some interesting variations. I really like the ruleset.

Retire move and off-table questions

When a unit is forced to retire, I am presuming it can choose it path to move 30cm and not be forced to interpenetrate a unit directly behind within 10cm, like a whipped move. A unit is forced to retire but it is on a table edge, does it just leave the table or does it move along the table edge away...

TT's approach certainly encourages maneuver as the only thing you have left to do if you can not shoot is remove shock or move.
i have only played it once but we plan to keep using his method.

It was not a particular problem for us, but I suppose you could use smoke puffs.

I agree that I like TT's solution a little more. WE tried it in our last game and we had no complaint.
