It's always an option to "just choose what you want", as you say, if that is the approach that you prefer. I read a review that said you only get an artillery barrage in the pre game and you don't get any air support?

I don't expect to see aircraft during a game, but can you call in an air strike during play?

Not having artillery is a bit of a disappointment though
