Re: NWF lists for SP2?
I started a Mod on Tabletop Simulator for NWFrontier. I found some usable unit characteristics here: http://rabbitsinmybasement.blogspot.com/2016/06/north-west-frontier-troop-lists-for.html I was wondering however, about the points value. The Sharpulator doesn't cover breech loading rifles, but look...

Re: Little help here
The main difference between the French and British Line is that the British can fire Controlled Volleys, can do crashing Volleys a little easier and have the Sharp Practice Characteristic. Whether those differences are worth two points depends I guess on whether the draw of the cards lets you use th...

Re: When is a mob not a mob?
so all 4 combats would kick-off again on the activation of the Leader since........? That's the way I would do it. Otherwise it may get messy as some Groups may not have a leader. A bigger question comes up with the Roman side. Were you fighting a Formation of Romans or individual Groups or some co...

Re: When is a mob not a mob?
Groups which end a Turn more than 12” from any other Group in the Mob have become Stragglers and no longer activate as part of the Mob. This reduces to 9” in Woods and 6” in Forests. Also see 5.7 Stragglers on page 49. If they are still within 12" from the mob leader I would consider them still part...

Re: Secenario 3 On Patrol Objectives.
Has there been any clarification anywhere on this question? I'm still not clear on how this is to be interpreted since area to be scouted aren't really objectives.

Re: Lets talk about Surly Troops
I would say it depends on which cavalry Group ended up being Surly. If it was the one that came with the Status II Leader then I would say they will take orders from him and could form up with the other Allied cavalry Group. If it was the one that he chose as a Support Option, then I would say no. T...

Re: Anyone played games in Roman Territory yet?
Yes, am doing the Patrol Scenario with Gauls attacking into Roman territory. I'm finding that the Objective Options table on Page 26 makes it difficult for the Gauls to win. They have to move clear across the table to get to the Roman Ambush Point only to find the Roman's sitting on a hill in mass w...
