Re: Shot, Steel & Stone
Henry has a Facebook group for discussion here:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/562006077283728/
It is admittedly dormant, but that's primarily due to Henry working on his Wargaming Campaigns book.
I like the system and have used it for some Imaginations Napoleonic gaming.

Re: Q13 v IABSM
I own, but haven't played IABSM, so take this with a grain of salt. The CRT in Q13 is much more lethal than IABSM's. That's the big thing I can think of right away.

Yes, please, Rich. If you play a multi-player game using 15mm figures, would that be "Little Big CoC?"

Re: 15mm Miniature Help Wanted
Cool. I notice they have a number of 1/100 Zvezda vehicle kits at a nice price, too. I'll have to look into the rewards card. Thanks for the update, Chris.

Re: Fortifications?
Write the scenario to what it needs be. What was on that section of beach on that day? Put that in the scenario. If it needs to be adjusted for playability, that's what playtesting is for.

It's a benefit of using Soviet troops. Running Russkie stuff and lend-lease, too.

Re: Soviet White (M3A1) Scout Car
I can think of several better uses of the points. The only time I really use tanks in CoC is in scenarios. Get those tank across the bridge type thing. And if you lose one of them you've lost the game :-) Well, it's horses of courses as they say, isn't it. But yeah, you can get gobs of useful stuff...
