Re: Resources for campaign South Pacific Theatre

Definitely go with "At The Sharp End," as campaign play for CoC is fantastic. While it doesn't have character origins/backgrounds for the for the Japanese, you can easily cook something up that fits the bill (I did this for Italy, for instance). In terms of Army lists, the Infantry platoon list fro...

Draft COC platoon lists for late war IJA platoon and USMC platoon are being used at CANCON 19 and have been released in the player's pack. Send me a pm and I'll be happy to provide details.

A few questions from a game today

Hi Everyone, I have played my first few games after a long break and I just wanted to check on a couple of things: 1. If a section is activated on a D6 roll of 2, can you activate the section and fire all rifles plus the attached LMG teams or is it just the rifles ? An example is the British Paras w...

Aggressive troops definition

Hi Everyone,

Was running a demo game yesterday which was my first game in a long time and one of the new players asked me what do we mean by aggressive troops ?

I could not find a definition in the rulebook or on this forum so that is my question. What do we mean by aggressive troops ?

Getting back into the game and need some help

Hi everyone, I am getting back into this great game and i need someone to help refresh my memory about mortars. 1. Is there an area of effect when working out what is hit on the target or something different ? 2. If there is an AOE, is it a different size for a 60mm vs 81mm mortar for example ? Cheers

Re: A couple of questions from a returning player

G'day Shane, Welcome back to COC. I'm currently developing some Chinese lists for consideration for inclusion in the Asia-Pacific War handbook. These are pretty raw at the moment but I'm happy to share. If you like, send me a PM with an email address and I'll forward you the drafts (feedback would ...

A couple of questions from a returning player

Hi Everyone, Just getting back into Chain of Command after moving countries with work just over 2 years ago. Now living in Singapore and there is a group of Flames of War / Team Yankee Players who want to try out CoC in 15mm. I still have the rules etc so all good there. I am running some demo games...

Re: Trying to adapt CoC to the Vietnam Conflict

Is there a document that we can consolidate all of the points from this discussion so far ? That will let us see what else we need to draft out so we can put these to the test on the table.

Happy to help with that as well.
