Re: How Do I Obtain a Copy of These Rules?

I don't think there ever were any army lists - you are expected to devise your own scenarios. Given that the rules are a kind of mash-up of Hail Caesar and the Lardy card-driven mechanics, I'd think any Hail Caesar scenarios would work.

Re: Adapting Rapid Fire scenarios to IABSM?

Hi folks: I've seen that Fire and Fury scenario page link before. Lots of good stuff in there. Anybody have any experience in adapting Rapid Fire rules to IABSM looking at the FF website it looks like -each stand represents 3-4 men -each tank represents 3-4 tanks It says each turn is 10 minutes. do...

Re: Last forum standing

Most posts on TMP seem to be from the same two people. The Editor, and Tango01 who I suspect is a bot of some sort.

Re: KMH with Black Seas Ships

I've played KMH with my existing 1:600 scratch built ships, and being lazy and not wanting to get the big game table out, I just used the existing distances. Game worked fine.

Re: Flight Stands

I made my own. Block of MDF with a wire pin. Wire pin in plane. Thin aluminium tube of varying lengths between them; the pins go in the end of the tube. The backs of the MDF blocks have steel paper to stick on veteran/rookie/ace pilot names on magnetic labels. The tops are colour coded by section an...

Re: Yahoo Groups closing?

The problem with forums is that you have to go to them.
Email comes to you - so if you are a member of many groups, it is much easier to look through your inbox than visit a ton of fora.
Anyway, the lardy yahoo group is pretty moribund these days, so it will make little difference.

Re: Operation Torch

There's a nice Operation Torch scenario in the original Rapid Fire rulebook. Opposed US amphibious landing.
Played that a few times both with RF and using Battlefront:WW2.
I'm sure it would work for IABSM as well, although you might want to split it into smaller sections.

Sorry for late reply.
Two pounds would cover postage cost. If you send your address to:
steve and mary burt (at) gmail (dot) com
Then I'll send you the rules (and send you the PDF by email)
