Hello. A situation came up in recent games and I have not been able to find any particular reference to it in the rulebook. A unit retires from excess shock. It is not activated in the next Turn and so the excess remains. Does it continue to retire (seems sensible) but does it also trigger another b...

I would be hesitant to introduce any more than a single ambush point (if that). Infamy uses these to reflect the intimate geographical knowledge of local defenders. Raiders by definition are outsiders so their local knowledge would be lacking. Alan

Yes Dux gave a similar result in some games. I vividly recall a unit of 6 reduced by kills to 1 man who pushed back his opponents as they accrued Shock instead.
