Aide Tasking Question - Infantry Assault

Hello fellow GdA players. Quick question regarding the Infantry Assault task. When a brigade is given this tasking it is also given a target of the assault and the tasking continues until the objective is taken or some other factor intervenes. My question: a Brigade is given an Infantry Assault task...

Re: Built up area size for 15mm

Thanks for the input gentlemen. I've decided to go with 6" x 6" for small BUAs which is large enough to accommodate a building, some scenery and 24-32 figures (standard/large). I will likely do a couple of larger pieces, again in multiples of 6" for larger centres. I also have three or four of the w...

Built up area size for 15mm

Hello all: Just wondering what the hive recommends for the size of BUAs in 15mm. I was thinking 6" x 6" which should be large enough to accommodate a building and to place a battalion of 24 figures. Or, should I keep the footprint smaller, large enough to accommodate a building and just remove the f...

I've searched You Tube for the video as well but couldn't find anything. Perhaps someone could post a link?

Re: Multiple Bad Things Happen

Hi guys:

Thanks for the quick responses.

I completely missed or forgot the distinction between breaking and routing. In our case, the German would only have to roll for the section breaking. Now noted.

Thanks again.

Multiple Bad Things Happen

I have recently introduced CoC to the group of gamers with whom I play. To my surprise and delight a number of the guys who do not usually play historical games are now busy building and painting their CoC platoon and asking me to set up a game. Is CoC the "gateway drug" of wargaming? First, CoC ,th...

MRB British Platoon Support List 5

Greetings all. Have just started getting into CoC and so far love the rules. I am busy reorganizing and rebasing alot of my old FoW figures into usable platoons and support. I imagine this has been asked before but after a search couldn't find anything. Anyway, List 5 Support allows " Recce Section ...

Reinforcing melee in BUA

In our current game we have a small town represented by two adjacent BUA. Both BUA are garrisoned by a British battalion. The French have charged the BUA on the British right with a result of a further round of melee. Can the British battalion in the adjacent BUA reinforce the melee? Thanks for the ...
