Re: To Re-base, or Not to Re-base???

I intend to use my former FOW models without rebasing. I will be using two medium FOW bases per platoon; then using a micro dice to count the number of sect, I don't remember which one it was. I acknowledge this not ideal, so why am I doing this? I have mountains of FOW models from across all period...

Re: Force/ unit play sheets

Hi All,

I use my former FOW models with 4 figures per base, 2 bases to a Section.
I use micro dice to count casualties and shock; red for casualties and blue dice for shock.
I remove a base when 4 casualties are sustain by the section.

Re: Battalion level WW2 Now called "O" Group or the story of "Oooooh"

Modelling Battalion HQ I'm planning to model 15mm BHQ using a large FOW base. I've seen the photo posted CTP99 with the BHQ having space for a dice to track Battalion orders. To determine the amount of space to leave for the dice, is there a maximum number of orders a battalion can have? I'm thinkin...

Re: Battalion level WW2 Now called "O" Group or the story of "Oooooh"

Hi Dragoon, I've played FOW. I will be up front and state that I've playing FOW and now play I aren't been shot mum (IABSM). In my opinion ISBSM is a better set of rules than FOW. These are my thought on your questions. A) I've used both FOW and IABSM on a 6x6 table, I intend to use the same size ta...

Re: Withdrawing at the end of the turn?

Thank you everyone for your thoughts.

John,
I didn't consider the length of the turn, you make a valid point.
I will rethink my approach to the end of the turn.
