NEW! 1943 US Naval Air Op.in Norway Really?

Yes. The Smithsonian Channel televised a documentary about USN Wildcat fighter aircraft in late 2020. Part of it dealt with an interview of a living Wildcat pilot flying in Operation Leader. In October 1943, two groups of USN aircraft were launched from USN Ranger escorted by the Royal Navy Home Fle...

Re: Off Table Reserve

Hi John, I like/prefer your answer. --- Near the top of page 30 Reinforcing Brigades & Off-Table reserve text discombobulated me. "ADCs from brigades currently off-table, such as an off-table reserve or reinforcements marching to join the battle are only available to the C-in-C on a dice scrore of 5...

Off Table Reserve

Activation of an Off Table Reserve Brigade:
-------
Requires 2x ADCs and the Brigadier thowing 1D6 = 5-6.
-------
May a third ADC be sent to rethrow a failed activation throw by the Brigadier?

Re: Learning The Rules With A Game

Hi John, Yes your comments are very useful. The time you took to read my story and offer clear instruction is sincerely appreciated. In the case of the British/Hessians, I should have posted one cannon model to the two brigades. Theoretically they could each fire in a turn if the brigades both activ...

Re: Air Gunners: Can They and?

Thank you for your views Gentlemen, --- Just reread p. 10. Looks like three gunner cards. 10 divided by 4 = 2.5 rounded up to 3. My worry: Too many cards and too much game time consumption. Thus, in the game we just played with ten aircraft there could be a minimum of 30 air gunner shots/turn. More ...
