There are a number of scenarios that are available out there. Official supplements are found on the Too Fat Lardies site. There are a number of pint sized campaigns for Normandy and the East Front. Also look at the IABSM supplements. Those can be trimmed down with a little work. Look at Wargames Vau...

Unfortunately no. The notes never progressed far enough to be useful. I chased where I could find data and AH and Russia were the lowest hanging fruit.

Use the woodland indians from the AWI or French and Indian wars as proxies. Also if you have the first edition, there is a section on "wallahs" that can help with that.

It seems that everything points to them adopting German model of infantry. Probably similar to aircraft, they remained close to a year or more behind developments on the Western Front. Also, machine guns were more rare.

Unfortunately, there is confusion there largely due to the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the subsequent reforms by Attaturk left their scholarship largely untouched in the West. Most data is based on Western observations after battles rather than any evidence from their side. Ottoman formations...

It is focused on the Russians and Austro-Hungarian forces. An earlier draft was going to have Bulgaria, Serbia and the Turks but the scope was too big.
