Lard Prosperity in 2018

Post by aphillathehun » Fri Dec 29, 2017 1:03 am

Richard,

wishing you and the world of Lard much prosperity in 2018. Our first real lard experience was with Chain of Command when it came out. That, and now Sharp Practice, and the Reisswitz General d'Armee, has greatly enhanced our gaming in the time since then. I think the combination of great rules, supplementary campaign and army lists, and inspirational blog posts all come together to drive better gaming. Thanks very much. And much success and prosperity in the new year.

Regards,
-a

Absolutely.

Ditto.

Add to that a sense of conviviality and an incredible degree of personal accessibility, and what you have fostered is not only a terrific set of rules but set the tone which has created one of the most open and supportive online or gaming communities that I have ever had the pleasure of joining.

The men made the game, which made the community, which makes the game ..... .

So, thanks on all counts!

When all was going dark and certain companies and rules mercenaries were killing the hobby in the name of crass commercialism, TFL stepped in and saved my wargaming mojo. Long may it continue.

Bring on 2018 and even more TFL goodies! Wishing you all a much better year than the last.

Couldn't agree more with what's been said above.

Best wishes and continued success for 2018 to Rich, TFL and all the Lard community.
