Japanese Minis

What are the most available Japanese minis? It seems 1/72 has a lot of options but nothing from PSC to make 15mm easily accesible.

There's also lots of options in 28mm. I'm working my way through a box of Warlord Japanese infantry now.

Check out Eureka Miniatures. For the Pacific in 15mms they carry Japanese, Austrailians, US Marines,Chinese, Wake Island Marines, US Sailors, 1941 US Philippines Cavalry and Infantry. I'm sure there are others but I'm a 20mm guy and not familiar with 15mms WW2.

Command Decision has 15mm, although the way their packs are set up is a little inefficient for CoC. I'm sure Battlefront (Flames of War) have them too: their platoon packs tend to be a good starting point.

Hmm.. i think for the price italeri is the cheapest. How wacky would it look mixing 1/72 infantry with 15mm tanks? Im super new to this.

Is it me or do 15mm infantry look blobby and awful? I just like the better pose and physique of the 1/72 ones however, buying new armor is a pain.

Second bump for Peter Pig, terrific miniatures and great company to do business with.

The ground scale works well with 15mm figures and a lot depends what size your existing scenery is - it’s why I went with 15mm for my 1940 East Africa project, as a lot of my Sudan stuff was reusable.

On the other hand, you don’t need that much armour for the typical game of CoC, so go with whichever figures you prefer.
