Can a pinned leader move?

In middle of game. SL attached to pinned squad. Can he move?

Yes, because he can detach and doesn't carry any shock, so isn't pinned.

Surely that can't apply to a senior leader pinned in a Mortar attack, can it?

No it wouldn't, but that's a different kind of pinning unrelated to Shock levels which ends as soon as the barrage lifts. The OP made no reference to a mortar barrage in his question.

Wrong again, but I think I was confused like Dick by mixing the pinned state under a mortar barrage.
