Easy choice for me. Loads of 10mm Russian & German stuff sitting around waiting for some new rules to spark interest that should do the job.

Might need some more Infantry painting depending on requirements but plenty of things with wheels and tracks!

Looks like it’s time to dust down my 10mm Early War Germans!

I have some 10mm SCW mostly painted. Will be interesting to see if OG works with them

Is there somewhere that will tell me what various nationalities' battalions will look like? If it's in the rules, fine, but being able to paint up a Russian or British battalion would be good.

P,

Below is an example of a British company.

So, your British battalion will consist of either three or four companies, (A to C or D), all of an identical make up.

The Battalion HQ Company is also represented, which can be any model HQ base, with a Forward Observer and 3" Mortars.

This is you core battalion, to this you can select and add battalion supports such as 6pdr AT guns, Vickers MMGs, etc. Then, depending on the size of you game you can also add "Divisional" supports such as Tanks, AVRE's, A/T Troops, etc.

A German or US battalion will be similar, but obviously adding their bespoke national Battalion, Regimental and Divisional supports.

Hope that helps.

So no platoon HQ. Would British add a PIAT and a two-inch mortar per platoon, or is that too detailed for this scale?
