How to contact Too fat lardies to get my missing order?

Sorry to bother with this post but I placed an order on friday for General D'armee (book, tokens and pdf) and did'n get anything. The transaction went through. I contacted them through the contact page and I provided all the info of my transaction but nobody got back to me. I read on TMP that other people had this issue recently.

Could somebody provide me a different way to get in touch with them?

Hi Lorenzo, I think that the issue is that we need a different way to get in touch with you.

On Friday, we received the following email:

Within an hour we responded thus:

Good afternoon Lorenzo

I have just checked for you and we have indeed got your order. We will be
posting that tomorrow morning.

I do note that you have not yet downloaded the PDF version of the rules.
That was available as soon as you made the purchase; the system
automatically redirects you to the download link
rather than sending you an email with the link in it. To save you any
further delay, I am attaching the file herewith.

I do hope that resolved everything. If not, please do not hesitate to ask.



We then got the following 'bounce' message:

The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full.

I have attempted to email you several times since, but with no luck and that is probably why your confirmation of purchase email didn't get through either. I can confirm that your hard copy order was dispatched on Saturday morning and that, as of now, you have still not downloaded your PDF and our attempts to send it to you have failed.

Do you have another email address we could send the file to? If so, please email me via our web site.
