Available FOW Cards

Hello All

In relation to the number of FOW cards you may have in a game I understand the number is one card for every two units rounded down e.g. 17 units would give you 8 FOW cards.

Do skirmishers count as a 'unit' when determining how many FOW cards you may have? Would a Brigade with five line units and a skirmisher screen generate two FOW cards or three?

A Brigade Skirmish Screen counts as a unit for all other purposes so yes I’d say it counts as a unit for this calculation too. So the result will be 3 cards in your example.
