Prussian oob hundred days

Post by bellebsc » Tue Dec 10, 2019 1:49 pm

Good afternoon

I'm just curious so it's not a big deal but the scenario for Plancenoit gives the 18th, 15th Prussian regiments strength as standard where going by their actual numbers should make 5 of these Bns large should it not.

Thanks again

You certainly could change then to large. But bear in mind 6 Large could have an impact on the scenario balance.

Plus after a long hard march, they probably wouldn't quite the same headcount as they started out with in the morning (or whenever the last headcount occurred).

There is a few battalions in the hundred days scenarios that are under strength and was just pondering why as you do in your free time... 😂 and I suppose it could effect the balance but shouldn't the scenario be designed around such factors as both regiments take a bloody pasting

R,

Its both - as you recognised, on-going campaign losses and scenario balance.
