Old Lag - Faltering Brigade Table Question

On the QRS, for a Faltering Brigade, when the brigade's units are mostly considered "Old Lag", which column is used for them when they have to roll the Faltering Brigade Test? My QRS on the Faltering Brigade Table only shows a column for Elite, Veteran & Regular, Green, and Tuckered Out. It is missing Old Lag.

Thank you in advance for the guidance. I did look in the history of this forum and did not find any reference to this question. I also reviewed FAQ #3.
