Quick Reference Chart (QRC)

Good afternoon all,

I am new to Picketts Charge having recently purchased the PDF version of the game. I am told that in the printed copy there are some Quick Reference Charts that come in the box. I have search the forums and other places, but have not seen these charts in PDF format. Does anyone know where I can find them? Are they available for sale if not free for download?
