I think you'll find that's the 1/300 range which H&R purchased from Skytrex a little while back

For USA use Old Glory 25's. Same company as US link above but with pictures of almost all vehicles.

I stoped buying Battlefront some time ago except for the occasional vehicle which I buy from the online store at Wayland games, they usually have a discount on Battlefront and have never waited very long for the kit to arrive.

Skytrex are very nice and you can buy them in Squad packs as well.
