Battlefront gives you a lot of extra SMG models though. Also I think you could special order a blister of the sniper team.

The Battlefront Paratroopers worked out for me...
Re: Brit Para platoon composition help
I have Peter Pig but looking at the new PSC for a second platoon. I find FOW to heroic for my tastes. I am also thinking of Froged in Battle as a possibility as I do like their Poles that I bought for my 1939 army.
Re: Brit Para platoon composition help
Heroic, yes, but sometimes that is a good thing!

Good things about Battlefront:
Some of the packs have extra figures (British assault platoon gets engineers and flamers for example).
Really diverse sculpts.
Comes with large bases should you want to do multi figure bases.
People complain about the size being heroic: they are bigger only at eye-level and very close. From 2ft above they should be no bigger than any of their counter parts.I use Eureka, PP and some BF for my Japanese and haven't noticed the difference between them yet.

Re: Brit Para platoon composition help
I've got the PSC British, and Flames of War German and USA Paratroopers.
The issue with PSC is that they are way too many for CoC. Fine for a company plus sized game but there are obviously several of the same pose. They are also quite realistically scaled so look a bit slight next to the FoW stuff. Good value if you need that many troopers.
However I've been looking at Command Decision and Forged in Battle for more variety in poses and decent price. Both have British Paras.

I really like Forged in Battle. They look good next to Peter Pig. And reasonably priced.
