Blitzkeig 1940 book

Post by Dragoon »

I’m about to buy the book but I thought I would ask the question.
Is there any reason why I would need the printed version and the PDF?
ie. Are there maps or charts that I will need to print separately for a game?

In short: No, the PDF is 100% the same as the book.
I‘ve got me both versions as I prefer books for reference while gaming but prefer to read on my tablet in the evenings.

Bought the pdf version and did a mono print of it. Nothing critical lost - not a campaign book but covers all the various options for all formations that got caught up in the fighting. Essential supplement if you intend to do build a force for this part of the war and want a bit more than the few exerts available as free downloads.

I have the pdf only.
I made up separate pdfs of the arsenals and special rules for each nation I use.
I can then print these off and a copy of the list I am using for that game.
...or you can just take the whole book along :D

PDF works fine for me, printed it out and use that as the quick reference and the digital for reading in bed as stated by moiterei_1984.
