Balloon Rescue - SP AAR

Post by shandy » Fri Jan 06, 2017 9:29 am

Hi!

Some time ago, I built an observation balloon for my ACW project. During the holidays, it was finally time to play a game. I devised a scenario where both sides had to retrieve the balloonist who was about to crash in no man's land...

What a great idea for a scenario. Looks really good.
Faith! If they tried to outrun a Hielandmon, they stood but a bad chance, for Whash! went the broadsword.

Thanks for the kind words! I guess you could convert the scenario to napoleonics, the French did occasionally use observation balloons (Napoleon even took some to Egypt).
