Wounded leader markers for CoC

For some reason I'm determined to find the perfect solution for marking wounded leaders in my games. Those of you that know me or have followed the blog will know I have become borderline obsessive about this. Then again maybe I just like making stuff. Anyhow I think I've found a solution that is both practical and blends in well with the table. I've struggled to find something that I find aesthetically pleasing and that's practical to use on the table. Perhaps I just have too much time on my hands.
